Comparative Genome Hybridization

Comparative genome hybridization (CGH) involves the fluorescent labeling of experimental and control genomic DNA samples which are then hybridized to oligonucleotide probes on a microarray. Microarrays used for CGH can be bought off the shelf from Agilent, with custom manufacturing using eArray portal, or from Nimblegen.
