Gut Isolate

Roseburia inulinivorans (GenBank Accession Number for 16S rDNA gene: AJ270473) is a member of the Firmicutes division of the domain bacteria and has been isolated from human feces. The sequenced strain, A2-194, was obtained from the Deutsche Sammlung von Mikroorganismen und Zellkulturen GmbH (DSMZ) (DSM# 16841).
