Paraprevotella xylaniphila YIT 11841 (GenBank Accession Number for 16S rRNA gene: AB331897 [http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nuccore/215273719]) is a member of the Bacteroidetes division of the domain bacteria and has been isolated from the gut. Bacteria and source DNA were provided by Masami Morotomi, PhD (Yakult Central Institute for Microbiological Research, Tokyo, Japan).
