Bacterial isolates were provided by Dr. Deborah Mortiboy and Dr. Pauline Jumaa at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, UK. DNA for sequencing was prepared by Dr. Lori Snyder in the Centre for Systems Biology, University of Birmingham, Edgbaston, Birmingham, UK. This is a Velvet assembly (version 1.0.12) comprised of 75bp PE Illumina reads with a Q20 coverage of 74.4X.
